Clement Marfo

Crafting music for Film, TV & Advertising

Explosive live performer delivering an uplifting and anthemic sound

The story behind the sound

A natural born entertainer, South London’s Clement Marfo had his career as a solo artist spring out of success as frontman, rapper, and co-founder of The Frontline. Their anthemic song “Champion” has uplifted sporting event (and the promotion thereof) from the 2012 Olympics to Super Bowl XLV to 2013’s Royal Rumble. Much like the feeling that song imbued, Clement finds inspiration in emotion, using the day’s emotional start as the genesis for each song. This emotional thread unites with his diverse musical mind, blending heart and head to create a cohesive whole. He unifies hip hop, funk, and soul — an amalgamation of Muddy Waters, Isaac Hayes, James Brown, and Jay-Z. Energetic from beats to lyrics, Clement stands out as a music champion himself.
